1lb Cooked Pasta or Lo Mein noodles
2 1/2 lbs Oyster Mushrooms
1 cup Carrots, julianned
1 Cup Zucchini
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Onions
1 Tbsp Ginger, chopped
1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Cup water or broth
2 Tbsp Cornstarch.
Garlic Powder
Thyme, dried
Black Pepper
Salt
Olive Oil

Directions
- In a Pan over medium heat, saute the Mushrooms in butter and Olive oil until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove the Mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
- In a Pan over Low-Medium heat, saute the onions in olive oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the Carrots, Zucchini, Red Peppers, and Ginger to the pan and saute until tender.
- Add the Mushrooms back to the pan, lower the heat, and season to taste with Garlic Powder, Thyme, Black Pepper, and Salt.
- In a bowl, Combine Oyster Sauce , Soy Sauce, Broth, Honey, and Cornstarch. Mix well and add to the pan, stirring slowly until the mixture begins to thicken.
- Add the cooked Pasta or Lo Mein noodle to the pan, mixing well until everything is heated through.
- Serve.
